Accessibility
Essential Companion tickets are intended for customers requiring additional support. This must be due to disability-related needs, significant and in excess of what could be reasonably expected of family or friends already accompanying you. Companions must be booked in advance during the booking process, when you purchase tickets for the exhibition. A companion ticket can be claimed by those who are severely sight impaired or deaf, and by those who can show one of the following forms of documentation upon arrival. Without this documentation we will be unable to honour the complimentary Companion/PA ticket.
Accepted forms of documentation include:
Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid entry ticket.
Documentation may not automatically award Personal Assistant or Essential Companion tickets for children under 16, as children are always required to be under the direct supervision of a responsible adult in our venues. If the visitor is a child, to obtain a free Companion or PA ticket, there must be at least one full-priced General Admission ticket in the group.
No, animals are not allowed in the exhibition, other than trained assistance dogs.
Assistance dogs are welcome, including those from ADUK, accredited training companies, and owner-trained dogs. Please be aware that if the dog's behaviour does not meet the required standards, entry may be denied.
All assistance dogs must remain on a lead at all times.
This is a multi-sensory immersive exhibition that relies heavily on visual environments, lighting effects, sound design, and spatial storytelling. As a result, some elements of the experience may be challenging for visitors who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or visually impaired.
An audio guide will be available for all visitors, and our team is committed to supporting guests wherever reasonably practicable. Visitors with specific access requirements are encouraged to contact us in advance at accessibility@fkpscorpio.co.uk, so we can discuss individual needs and provide appropriate assistance where possible. Due to the immersive nature of the exhibition, full accessibility for all sensory impairments cannot be guaranteed.
The venue meets all required ventilation standards for public exhibitions.
Please note that the experience uses theatrical fog and scent effects in some areas. These may cause discomfort, coughing, or breathing irritation for individuals with asthma, respiratory conditions, chemical sensitivities, or allergies.
Visitors who are sensitive to these effects are advised to consider this before attending. The scent and haze can be avoided - please let our on-site staff know on arrival so they can provide assistance.
